PLease help me out on car audio?

I am debating whether to get the 10inch orion hcca subwoofer or the 10inch alpine type x. which one is better in sound quality and loudness. I want a subwoofer where everyone in my high school parking lot will hear me. So which one would work the orion 10inch or 10inch alpine type x and also i only want 1 ten inch i dont want a 12 or 15. And when you guys decide wheather i should get the alpine or the orion help me out on a good amp. The website im looking on is dealercostcaraudio.com
