ok, so i have this assignment for science about fossils. we have to choose an australian fossil site that is on the world heritage list. so i chose The mammal fossil site in Naracoorte, South Australia. We have to make a powerpoint presentation about our chosen australian fossil site. This is the question i am stuck on:
Why are there fossils at this particular site? Explain the geological processes that have resulted in the formation of fossils FOR THIS PARTICULAR SITE( mine is the Naracoorte mammal fossil site, South Australia)
So i have been searching for a longg time trying to find out how the fossils were created on this site, but i cant find anything! i have researched how mammal fossils are created, but im not sure if it applies to my particular site. Does it? Are all mammal fossils created by the same process????
