OK so ive been working out for a year and a half and i was pretty good in shape. But this summer i went on vacation for three months without going to the gym and now that im back i feel out of shape, smaller muscle, and weaker than i was. It seems hard getting back into it. How should i begin working out? Should I do cardio to erase the fat first or should i slowly start doing weights? Im just not sure how to start again. Thanks. BTW im 21 and 183 pounds.
