Please answer about car audio ?

I have a pioneer champ 1400 watt and it's with a 1200 nitro amp all my lights flicker (dim) when bass hits I bought a 1.5 farad capacitor 1000 watt would this solve my problem? I have a 04 jeep liberty my truck works perfect I have no problem starting it or anything jus the dam dimming lights please answer if the cap would solve
