Pink Floyd, Why?

^ no but my friend is :)

also, another frienRAB band had the drummer playing in 5/4 and the bassist playing 4/4 and the guitarist just soloing over the top... it was hilarious

edit: silly merkaba beat me

That song is called 'Money'. Booboo, everybody else has put this at the top of their list and you didn't get it - what's happening, are your powers waning?

Anyway i would recomend Meddle, Animals and Wish You Were Here for their most underrated works...But the best recomendation i could give would be Dark Side Of The Moon, if you havent heard it already that is, if you havent, you surely must.

Welcome to the Machine is pretty damn good.

Wish you were here gets a huge huge bump for me because of the line "did they get you to trade a walk on part in the war for a lead role in the cage" (Im going off the top of my head so it may not be exact)

Dude, he would have known the title to money...Everybody has heard of money, its their most well known song after Another Brick In The Wall Part 2.

^very true. A lot of times it's their popular tracks that draw you to them until you hear them over and over way too much (another brick in the wall pt.2, stairway to heaven) and eventually listen to their b-sides and lesser known stuff and take more of a liking to it. That's how it works for me anyways

My dear, if you read my first post correctly, you would of seen that I was asking for reasons to get into them. I also stated that I neither liked nor disliked them at this stage.

ummm...im sorry? and **** you too...

so limewire lies...my ****ing bad...

but yeah, i have to know absolutely everything about pink floyd to be a fan...cuz thats just how it works...
