Piers Morgan's Life Stories: Cheryl Cole

You lot are so mean! I'm not saying people should care because obviously you don't know her personally but I find it pretty weird that you all continue to watch it if you don't like her or whatever...isn't there a nice wildlife programme on bbc2?

I wonder if theres anyone on tv or mags that people actually like. You lot seem to hate them all. Cheryl comes across as a nice geordie lass to me. She seemed totally genuine. Maybe too many questions that made her upset so naturally she was crying all the time. She said herself she wanted to talk about happy things

It is extremely common actually for people to be traumatised by a life threatenting illness .
I can only speak for myself here ,altough I have also seen it alot in my work .I suffered from post traumatic stress for quite some time after a very traumatic life threatening experience .
If you are in danger and that ill it is deeply upseting to re visit the thoughts you had .

Yep she stalled and said as little possible. I can only think that her PR people warned her not to get too chatty. Obviously thought she might put her foot in it.

You dont cry that you have survived , you cry abou the dark thoughts you had and the trauma . Its very common and very well documented actually and a good GP or doctor will recognise it .

That's the bit that finished it off for me too with her.
People that have had serious Malaria, dont recover for months, years even. They certainly wouldn't be on xfactor a month later.
Disgusting theatre show.

You'd have thought that ITV would have had the dignity to allow Cheryl to redo some of the scenes where she broke down or to have not shown then at all.

Shame on you, ITV. :)

I'm getting to be very fed up of this woman. I don't mind when people are very talented, but she isn't. Having said that, people who are really talented don't put themselves about in the media the way Cherly does, because they don't need to.

To be honest, I wish she would disappear.
