Hi, I tried the NSU myself and several times my connection to the internet got cut-off, but this isn't a problem as nothing is being written to the phone, so that is not a critical part. Its the part after the download where things start to get critical.
Personally I think it's the cable connection...its just not secure, or in other words tiny, very tiny movements can have an effect on it.
And I hope there is a fix for this, because the idea of being able to update your phone is nice, but it is risky. And I thought going from Phoenix to NSU all the risks would be polished out.....and I was wrong
Another thing I hate about NSU is the fact that if the update fails (and phone is still working) you can try again, but instead of caching the HUGE download, you are asked to download it alllll over again.
If the risk of updating through via NSU would be polished out completely or atleast a 95% succes rate, that would be a great christmas gift from Nokia to us
