ringback tone. call your provider (at&t, verizon, etc) and they can set you up with one. you can also do it easily by going to your provider's website, and going under the Ringtone section and buying it online.

be careful though, i've had ringback tones that are so long (1 monute, or even 30 seconds) and it cut into my voicemail time. be sure to check your ringback tone by calling your cell from a landline, and letting it go to voicemail, making sure everything works well
i had to get rid of my ringback for that reason. All of a sudden they were recording a voicemail after the ringback tone ended
