patrick, how do I set the gain with a volt meter ?

you mentioned in one of your answer you can set the gain to a sub with a volt meter how do I do this your help would be much appreciated

You'll need a multi-meter (AC voltmeter, $15 from Radio$hack), Microsoft Excel and a way to burn an audio CD from an MP3.
