Overnet Lite

I just got Overnet today, and i am very impressed. I got connected fast, got search results bigger & faster, and the download started right then. I think this is my favorite P2P app now. :D
 
ok, i have not installed overnet, you are right i have not given it a chance, i am now trying to download cabin fever again, i didnt see your reply earlier and am downloading a copy from sharereactor, so i hope that works, i am having problems trying to preview it though, any suggestions?
 
This is why Kazaa need more improvement.
But Shareman Network is so idiotic that he don't improve Kazaa more efficient.
eD/ON have been so successful, the reason is there are so many modders and testers to improve it. Before now, they continue doing it. But Power and money make them corruption. They start stupid wars and kill each other. And also Spreading Virus into FastTrack and SoulSeeker Network in order to get more power and money.

well that realy depends, if its a hard to get file, ill get 5 to 12 K/s it its more shared like +40 then 100 to 140 K/s on a 256 ADSL not 2 mention a high id and not firewalled. i used edonkey for awhile but i feel this is faster.

off the topic i just d/led this client :rolleyes: ya i know its a little after it was made but i was gone for some time.
 
to nikhil, yes i am finding overnet lite much slower now, i have a 1mb connection and have had speeds of upto 110kb/s now im averaging 30-40 kb/s so im not happy, but i will wait and see as overnet lite has served me well. when musleman first introduced me to O/L i hated it, now thats all i use (and BT) but it might be time to move on...mmm...

sorry thats a load of crap.
have to agree with kazaalite4ever, make sure you know what your talking about before posting these claims.
 
You should set up overnet lite to "show files to friends" by default. It will pervent certain organization from collecting information yet still allows the user to show people a list of files they have.

:D :D Thanks for the nonaddy version, cause that ad supported one i tried awhile back ran all slow. This one is twice the speed.

Also, the reg file wouldn't merge, it said it wasn't a valid reg file :frusty:
I tried to enter details manually but I am unsure if it worked. I still see the "register" button :helpsmile:
