I've been an Art 32 hearing officer before. We get paid whether we're doing our regular job or not.
 
Yes. Regardless of the situation, everyone is entitled to due process and a fair trail. Eliminating it for certain circumstances would be a slippery slope.
 
The "tea party folk" are tea baggers.

What they are for is waving around the constitution in a fervent, uneducated manner then quickly stuffing it in their over sized jean shorts back pocket when it comes to issues that they find it convenient to ignore it.

The tea baggers are not for the apex of liberties, they are for the apex of constitutional manipulation.
 
I hope he gets life in prison. Then the other inmates (wich would be former military members) rape his paralyzed ass with a porkchop, and then proceed to force feeding him a quran with pages soaked in pigs blood. Then just bash his skull in or something.

Much better than some painless lethal injection.

i think my frustration is more for the length of time. the people he killed don't have a choice to live anymore. they are done. this guy gets to live years past the event. it's not fair

And we should just arbitrarily decide that some people don't get a trail based on how butthurt some fat guy on OT is. Good plan boss man!
