the crime will be repeated, why not sue if your child gets molested by the piece of crap that was let out? Do you think people are going to get sick and tired of this molestation crap and the family members going to start taking matters into their own hands, knowing our laws are screwed up and nothing gets done to the predator?

Well i have to say what my Governor Deval Patrick said and say " These Sexual predators can be saved and should be" I forget where but was in some article after he didn't pass Jessica's Law which forced a 20 year minimum on them. IMO no it seems cruel but isn't.
Give all Rapist's Pedophiles or harming children a bottle of water and put them on "Pedophile Island". It is a island that is no less then 25 miles off the coast of America. Then we put them there to run lose rape, kill, and eat each other all they want. Then we put a Coastguard force around the Island to make sure they don't escape anyone found trying to leave will be shot on the spot.
My mother is even worse! She says we should take them. And ask them " How do you think that 4 year old girl/boy felt when you put your "part" in her/him?" Well not to be gross but a child doesn't have the right size "parts" to be able to have a Full grown man inside them. So we take a Baseball bat and shove it up there ass. Then pour glass up it and alcohol and do it again! While beating them.
My mother seems cruel but after reading about a little boy who was gang raped by 2 pedophiles! and beaten they recorded it and they only showed the part where he cried and asked if he could go to his mommy. and they laughed. That's all that was shown and that boy was found dead in a barrel in a River. Those guys got 75 years without Parole. So he imagine what the children go through I mean rape is bad as it is for women but remember their Vagina is fully developed, and is big enough for a full size man to rape. Imagine being 4 times smaller than a full size woman and then raped! It sickens me to go into detail im sorry but they should be treated as badly as those children were.
It seems cruel i know but one child rapist got only 2 YEARS! for raping 2 kids! He got out and raped again!!! We could always do what China does. They stick a Glass rod done your Urethra and smash it with a hammer and let you bleed.
Im sorry give me the thumbs down all you want but if you want a more humane way lets make sure ALL the prisoners know WHO RAPED CHILDREN there # and name and lets see how long they last!

it's quite unfortunate, but the excuse given is absolutely pathetic: overcrowding. They let these ***holes out because prisons are already overcrowded. They keep murderers in there, but not serial sexual predators. It's absolutely ludicrous. If *i* ever met one, i'd beat 'im to a pulp! Our laws will never change....

They have to register as a sex offender, and remain on that registry until the day they die. They have a criminal record that they can never expunge (ask the court to "remove" the charge), and finding a job is nearly impossible. They are prevented from being within x miles from a school, and they are watched by hawks. More and more of their lives are taken away from them, and they end up restricted to doing nearly nothing. Their lives and reputations are forever ruined as a result. That's really the only good thing to come out of it. i'm not sure what things are like in other states, but at least we've got that goin on over here in Jersey...
