OT to all you haters

I'd hate to sit in a line at guest services just to go through that
exercise, when leaving my AMEX on file at boarding takes care of it all.
I often have monthly charges between 5-10k on it and can easily make
multiple payments throughout the month if I so desire so its just as
easy as using cash...but far safer, IMO. And at the end of the year I
have a fabulous downloadable record of all my purchases in individual
catagories. Very useful!

I am not interested in hearing more OT trash talk about tattoos. You are a
one note johnnie and you demonstrate over and over that you respect no
opinion but yours. You are also way too willing to call people names when
they don't buckle down to you.

Right, they put the money back. I don't want it to get to that point,
never mind have to explain if my legitimate bills bounced. I'm more
comfortable with my credit card being scammed than having to keep
a close eye on my checking account balance.

I dealt with clearing house transactions for payroll for a large company
long before debit cards were the big thing. It's not that I'm afraid of
some scary new technology, it's more that I know what kind of thing
can go wrong. Obviously millions of people are happy with them, I'm
only speaking for myself. I can swipe a credit card all day long and
not be concerned. Just my level of security.

Now it seems you're putting words in my mouth, I didn't state that I believe
one way or another. I stated that afterlife was mentioned nothing more, it was
you that brought god into the conversation. I'm thinking that you're feeling
conflicted, perhaps you need to reevaluate because I'm beginning to see that
tail chasing creeping into your posts again.

I like the protections I get with credit cards. I'm not down with
anything that links to my checking account. The weak link is what
I'd call the front end from my days in programming. If someone's
going to pull a fast one, I'd rather it go on my credit card where I'm
not out money for a second. And it did happen to me once, someone
in a store used my card data to charge up a storm.

I know people love their debit cards. But I don't hate credit cards,
I think they're awfully handy and I rest easy.

I don't know what prompted this thread, but I wonder now why you felt
it necessary to try to defend yourself. Do you really care what a
bunch of strangers think?

No matter what you post, there will always be those nonbelievers, but
you shouldn't care.

Stay with the group and develop that duck's back.

Oh Poppycock. Lou had it right. She desperately craves the attention and
has figured out how to get it. She is constantly posted about problems
and then rejected every piece of advice and every bit of help that
people offer. She has bragged about how badly her daughter behaves in
restaurants. She can't change light bulbs..... Now she is saying that
she retired at 35 after 17 years on the job. If you want to believe that
a person can retire at 35 from a job they started at 18 feel free.
Quite honestly, I think that she would prefer the negative responses to
being ignored.

Nym is an abbreviation of pseudonym and that has way too many letters to

I did Tai Chi until the weather turned cold. I'll have to get back
