in Afghanistan the Chinese built the industry but then sent Chinese to work there. All the Afghans did was get paid to do the actual bitch work of building up the infrastructure

Totalitarian society. They don't get any information outside of what their government feeds them, so they don't know any better. They have no clue that a single US carrier group would be capable of dismantling their entire navy, one missile at a time. They have no option to do anything but believe Kim's propaganda.

from who, China? Russia won't give them shit, and I highly doubt China has given them any weapons that can compete with S Korea or US
