orion hcca12in compared to any other monster brand sub?

i want to get orion hcca sub and want to know if this sub any good and if not whats better?
 
i personally have no experience with these subs, i really couldnt fin a lot of specs on them, they sound like they would be loud. I know orion makes a good product. i personally have more experience with JL, JBL, ALPINE, ROCKFORD, PIONEER, and POLK AUDIO brands. my favs are alpine rockford and jl they all make loud good clean subs.
