orion HCCA 12 sub woofer sound quality?

does this sub have good sound quality. i want one with some good sound quality but that hit hard. RE audio maybe?? which do you reccomend for around the same price. $300
 
Well I've never heard an Orion in person but I heard some good things. Stay away from kicker, don't get me wrong they hit hard but lacks sound quality. Personally I would say in that price range I would go for the Rockford Fosgate T1. They hit hard and they sound good. I have two of them powered by a T1500-1bd in a prefab ported box and they hit, and my amp is only turned 1/4 of the way up.
 
If you are willing to spend $300 on a sub and want good sound quality look at the RE SX, Alpine Type X, Image Dynamics IDQ V3 is one of the best subs for sound quality and still will get pretty loud, that Orion is good, FI Q, or if you want to be loud: 2 Alpine Type R's, 2 Kicker CVX's etc.

If i was you ill Go with a 12" JBL Or Get a 12" L7 solo Barick By kicker that will hit hard and be a good system get a single box wiht an air hole thru plus you might need a 500x1 AMP thatll make it cry...
