I love this discussion! I am more about organic than regular fruits and veggies; however I do notice that there are differences in the pricing. I tend to spend more at Whole Foods rather than the typical grocery store.
Fruits, veggies, and eggs are my main priority for organic. I'm really paranoid about cooking chicken, so I don't typically buy any types of meat. However if I did, I would definitely go organic because I hate the way animals are treated. Organic eggs are so tasty! I like them far better than regular eggs, and most of the hens are free range.
What I try to do is think of if the fruit or vegetable is covered. Things like apples, grapes, mushrooms, carrots, etc. are eaten skin and all, so they are more of a priority to me for organic. Bananas, oranges, cantelope aren't so bad because they have a covering
