One Tree Hill - Anyone else loving the new series?

I don't think The CW like OTH very much, as it nearly got cancelled at the end of season 7 and had equal/better ratings to Gossip Girl and 90210 which got early pick up!! I was thinking though, when i watch my season 1 - 4 DVRAB i can literally watch about 5 episodes at once - don't think i could do that with these later series, good, but not as good...

I watch US pace as well. Season 8 has been fab so far...especially the return of titles/gavin degraw theme tune "i dont wanna beeeeeeeeeeeeee"

Read an interview with Mark Schwahn who said he is hopeful that Lucas and Peyton will return for
Brooke's wedding
and mzybe longer now that they have been given full season pick-up.

By the way
Skills hasnt been in Season 8 so far so guessing after the actors spell in jail he wasnt asked back
