...stopping of the sun record it? The sun stopped in the sky in answer to Joshuas command. For a full it did not move (the sun doesn't move, actually but anyway...). NO other culture across this planet notes this? The Maya and Aztec and Inca ALL worshipped the sun and performed regular human sacrifice to it and kept excellent heiroglyphic records and yet somehow missed that for an entire day the sun didn't move? Why is this so?
Also regarding the historicity of the Exodus, leading archaeologist of Israel says, “That would have brought the economy to a standstill and surely recorded at least somewhere. No chance whatsoever for people to walk freely in the desert. None at all. The story just doesn’t fit”.

the sun was obscured everywhere else by the water canopy lol. What i want to know is why astronomers haven't gotten a radar echo over all the people buildings trees etc that followed newtons second law--and kept on going at 1000 miles an hour when the earth stopped rotating.

This sounds like a prolonged solar solstice. They normally don't last that long, but it's probably an exaggeration. Also, the sun does move, it orbits the Galaxy.
