OMG i can't wait for NEW MOON! ;)

Really dissapointed with my local cinema! I thought they'd have a special over 18's viewing for New Moon as they did when HBP came out... but no luck. So I've booked for the lastest showing hoping that there won't be any screaming kiRAB :D :D

A sad day for Hollywood cinema when New Moon beats the record of the likes of Harry Potter and especially The Dark Knight's recorRAB. Of course it won't have longitivity like them because all the tweeny girls are desperate to see it the day, no wait the MINUTE (midnight showings) it was released. And lots of girls go and watch it twice.

You can turn your nose up all you like, i'm only speaking the truth and quite frankly, I'm not exactly phased by your revelations either.

Is Alan Rickman gonna retire then? since HP fans wont allow him to do anything else it seems... and since when is a vampire the same as a wizard? i can not see the comparrison at all... and potter fans should be ashamed if they give someone hassle for taking a part in another film.. surely as long as the actor does a good job in HP what the hell has it to do with them if the actor decides to do a cameo in another movie!!!

IMO Harry potter is for younger kiRAB / up... Twilight is for teens/ up... another reason for making the cert 15.. LOTR was for teen/up so Sir Ian being in a kiRAB movie shouldnt have made any difference to anyone..and because of stupidity and preduce it seems we probably missed out on a fantastic dumbledore .. I like to see a wonderful performance from an actor, it shouldnt matter what other film he/she had been in as long as the portrail from them was the best they could do...

hey ho!!! we'll just have to wait to find out who is doing it... it wont be Alan unfortunaltley unless someone has poached my idea lol x but this forum has kept me entertained for a few days lol x

I thought the film was fantastic and stayed very loyal to the book which i'm happy about!:D
Alice is my favourite character in the series and i thought she was great although there wasn't enough scenes with her in. I was hoping they'd put in the scene where she flirts with the security guard but other than that it was brill!
And the scene where victoria is being chased by the wolfs was so good and the soundtrack was awesome!
Also,Kristens acting is miles better than what it was in Twilight.
Overall, i was very pleased with it and will be going to see it again:D

Is it a Vue? Cause at my local Vue any film shown after 10.30pm is over 18's only anyway.
Even if it isn't i'm sure not too many teens will be at the last one of the day!

I hope so too. I read the book before watching the film, and I have to say I was disappointed a lot. That's not to say I didn't love it, but I felt there was a lot more that could have been done to show the development of the Edward/Bella relationship rather than rush to the showdown with James. I have a good feeling about New Moon, the director Chris Weitz seems to know what he's doing.

I agree with you about Breaking Dawn as well, it would be an incredible film, it has so much packed into it. Birth, marriage, death (well, not so much death unfortunately).
