OMG i can't wait for NEW MOON! ;)

I saw the first episode of True Blood
I thought it was bizarre. Didn't like the fangs either.
I'm so glad that Stephenie never wrote that they had fangs.

I agree I think Breaking Dawn would be a good film if they do it.

I am really looking forward to New Moon, I just hope it is a better effort than Twilight.

What film did you go see to see the trailer? And also, was it a new trailer?

I hear rumours that it is going to be shown before BanRABlam, but i don't know if that is true. If i am correct BanRABlam comes out friday right? I am going to see it (much to the disapointment of my frienRAB, they hate those type of films - i love them :D) and am hoping that the rumours are true and there is a New Moon trailer. :)

Isn't Aro supposed to be young also...ala...Carlisle like.... Rickman is too mature for an Aro imo.

Plus i imagine Aro as being smarmy, charming almost and younger...no more than his 30's.

I would love it if it was someone like David tennant but i doubt that would happen. He would be good as one of the Volutri at least.

I wish Summit Entertainment hadn't removed the Youtube clips as I missed them! lol...

Am still overly excited, and can't wait!

Holding off re-reading New Moon tho, so I don't wear myself out ;)

i dont understand what you mean? how is new moon Harry potters competition? HP comes out in july!!! New moon comes out in November..its so not competition.. and as an Alan Rickman and Harry Potter fan i would be happy to see him in both...and i cant believe Sir Ian M would have turned down HP just because of LOTR fans..im a huge LOTR fan too and it wouldnt have bothered me..i go to a movie to see great action and a good portrail of character, i want the best man for the job not 2nd best coz the actor feels he would upset fans..i cant believe sir Ian would be so shallow to be honest...
the funny thing is..no one has come out and said Alan is up for any part in new moon..he is on MY wish list of cast members... he probably hasnt even heard of new moon lol:rolleyes:

Probably one of the worst movies I have ever seen. No offence or anything. Full of cliche's and the attempts to be more "relevant" (e.g. so and so has swine flu) were just pathetic and screamed "trying toooo hard".

Well I fell asleep after about an hour and a half in then woke up on the very last line.

The acting was shit, especially from those characters Jasper and Jacob (I don't care if he's a hench 15 year old, he was awful). Robert Pattison was quite good although he wasn't in much. Kristen was good, but her character became very, very annoying. I was fed up of her constant moaning and wanted her to die. The script was very cheesy and very odd (some dialogue felt like it was written by a 12 year old). Still, it was a much better film overall than the first 'so called' movie. Quite dull and did drag too much.

I haven't read the books and I'm not a fan of the whole 'Twilight' series and after tonight I've realised why I dislike it so much - the fans. They are idiotic and ruined the whole experience. Screaming like they were at some rock concert and getting 'excited' over a fictional vampire/warewolf - just very weird. Another thing that bugged me is the fake laughter at the things in the film that weren't funny in the slightest. Still, I guess I'll never just understand all the 'hype'.

I heard that they wanted Ben Barnes for Aro, i think he is the right sort of age but he will be too busy doing other projects such as the next Narnia movie.
