okay what does courtesy mean in a cell phone way?

like i cheack my boost mobile account in activity and said the time and date i used it then it said Description and next to it said courtesy and next to that it said amount $10.00 i was checking my out going calls and it said that help what does it mean does mean i owe ten dollers for useing somthing on the cell or what help please i was just checking my calls in my accoount online and it said that help please
