my money back? Ok for my city we have a program that is called the sister city program where we send ten kids to iwamizawa japan for 2 weeks and then we get ten kids for 2 weeks and just basically show the other group how we live well this year it got canceled because of swine flue and United airlines wont give us our money back there are lots of kids in our group including a 15 year old albino blind girl how should wehap go about trying to get our money back (we have all the leaders thinking but i thought what the hell this cant hurt) please help any advice is welcome
this is put on by our city and the mayor and senitor told us there is nothing we could do but we have over 100 companies that have contributed to the 14000 we just lost
 
This is rubbish. Airlines hate bad publicity especially in this financial climate.
Your solution is telling as many media outlets as you can about this issue backed up by the senitars and the mayor for merit.
You watch the airline buckle when the 15 year old blind albino gets shown on the TV screen
The airline will be quick to settle this issue.
Public shame will get you your result.
