i've heard this as well. but everything else about the N95 blows that phone away. And to the folks yammering on about Samsung's 8MP offerings, GSM Arena has rated the INNOV8 a 5/10 and the Pixon a 7/10. They also rated the C905 a 9/10 and the LG Renoir a 9/10. Granted this was a CAMERA Comparison only.

Threaten? $5 allows me buy quite of a few of each type of donut. In your case, the idiots across the street are trying to peddle a new jelly that may or may not be any good. And is lacking the sugar and glaze I prefer to satisfy my donut needs.

While in open mode in the SDK the lock switch is in front of the keypad. I'm not sure if it responds though. I've never clicked on it.

Do you like Missing Sync? I am looking at the software, sick of waiting for waiting for plug in for Isync and Nokia Multimedia Transfer. How is the music transfer with itunes and Iphoto transfer? I would like a trial version but it doesnt appear there is one.

IMO, Ovi, or something like it needs to be successful for the future of the 97 and other devices like it. Apple has already proven it with Itunes apps-like it or not it is huge, and a principal reason for the Iphone success

Disappointing. It's like they forgot to get the browser people and the widgets people to sit down at a meeting and discuss how to make the user experience consistent.

If they got on the same page in the beginning it would have happened. Now they have to rework the widget platform to accommodate this. Much better to plan things from the start.

Such disjointed and haphazard way of developing a product.

Nokia Messaging graduated from beta months ago. It's not considered a beta anymore even though the version for 5th Edition doesn't support HTML

To tell you the truth, i am dissapointed. No xenon flash, and still a 5 megapixel camera. I am not really enjoy the slide keyboard. Reminds me of the ugly arse Tilt.

non of the other new Nseries phones have the 3d chip, so why would the n97 suddenly be any different? face it, nokia abandoned the 3D graphics chip and it isnt coming back. i think they are stupid for it, but thats the reality.
