*OFFICIAL THREAD: Nokia N97

In that case my answer remains the same. Flipping a refurb Fuze will net you a higher profit than flipping a new iPhone (which, although jailbreakable, can never be unlocked: unlocked iPhones are where the real gold mine lay). Flipping a refurb iPhone would be a better chance as there is a chance you'll get an unlockable one, and the flip profit will probably be higher (AFAIK you can get a 16GB refurb for under $99 now).

A lot can happen with a credit card in a month. It can be lost, stolen, maxed out. They are not allowed to charge (if you used a Visa at least) until they ship, but they need to make sure they will get their money.

Interestingly, I wonder if they would contact you if the auth failed. They tried an auth on my card yesterday and it failed because the CC company marked it as fraudulent (it was a slightly different amount than the other auth). The CC company called us and we authorized it, but I'm a little worried rabroad will just cancel the order because of one failed auth. After all I am one of the lucky ones that got the good price, so I am sure it is in their best interest to cancel it. So we will see.

@Dr Tran, I noticed how the wallpaper rotates when you rotate the phone too. Not sure if I like that idea or not?! It'd be nice to have the option to turn it off though, but I couldn't find it in the settings anywhere.

Because E71 doesn't do much in regards to multimedia & the screen is small.. you don't need much power to render the info ;)

Yes, it is disappointing about the low processor on a high end device in 2009 which costs over $800

Scratch that I see what you're saying. I always use my right thumb for space but with this the fact that it is all the way to the right of the bottom row is going to be a pain to use. I feel like I'm going to be retracting my thumb every time I use it. They should just rethink mobile keyboards in general. For one QWERTY was developed in the days of mechanical typewriters actually designed to place the most commonly used letters as far away as possible from each other since those machines would jam when people typed too fast. Sure we're all used to QWERTY on my our computers but mobile devices are different in the way we hold and move our fingers to use them. The space key is so important that I think it could even deserve a large slightly raised/rubberized/textured key right in the center or center-right of the keyboard. Just under the natural resting position of right thumb when holding the device. Even if it means deviating from traditional QWERTY layouts. Also they could make it so the most unused letters are at the bottom where it is hardest to reach. I'm sure some research could be done to make mobile keyboards better.

really? I thought most phones on GSM/GPRS/EDGE data connections by default, allow the call to come through - pausing your data connection until the call is a) unanswered and auto goes to voicemail or b) user deny's the call, again sending to voicemail, or c) user accepts the call, finishes, and data traffic continues.

*Ericsson T-39/T-18z, SE W810, z500/520/600, Nokia 6620/6600, N73 all did this by default. I see no reason why an EDGE/3G device would not.

When you click on the banner (part of a flash ad I believe, probably takes longer to edit than an image reference) it takes you to shop.nokiausa.com which has "Add to cart" icons instead of "Pre-order" icons.

EDIT: Beaten. :2thumbs:
