Thats not too bad. And yes its better then no pouch at all. Still not sure Id rock it but I can see it coming in handy at some point (sock wars). But thats alot nicer a pouch then the one I remember coming with one of my phones, its was like one of those Oakley things they give you with your glasses.
 
Hi, is this the -3 version? Can anyone confirm that the -1 version has Chinese characters while the -3 doesn't? I'm still looking for that -3 version since it is compatible with Fido 3G on 850mhz, but still has not found where to get it. Any help?
 
I think the Sept. date could be for E71-2 or Carrier branded phones.
The EMEA version are rumoring to be out by June end.

I hope this hits the market soon,coz now I have a Rose E51 to play with and can wait till prices settle to a 'buyable' price. :)

BTW, the latest version of BB connect for E90 ( 8.14.1) is supported by E51, so hopefully it should be installable on the E71 as well. :clapping:
 
the reason i ask about the lack one is tat a lot of websites faslely advertise the problem ridden moccha version as black, newegg.com for example
i am seeing one on amazon with a red line along the right side of the phone but am unsure of its nature

Anyone using Mail for Exchange with their E71? I'm using Roadsync and the only reason I'm using it is because Mail for Exchange does not support Folder archiving....just wondering what new features are now on MFE vs RS. Thinking about using MFE just because it uses less batteries.
 
Speaking of email, my .Mac (MobileMe) Apple email is finally instant push!! :D Yay!! I've been agitating for this for years, literally, and I half suspect Apple added this just to shut me up. Now my email arrives on my E71 seconds after it hits the Apple servers. No extra service or third party email client needed. I just set it up on the built in email app. It's a beautiful thing!
 
The day I started using my e51 pouch, my phone got stolen. The next one I refused to take it out of the original packaging. However now that I have given the phone to my Mom, she does require it ,since it could get scratched inside her bag, but then again she uses a sock,since she has a charm attached on the lanyard hole and with that thing dangling,you can't use the included pouch.
 
It was frustrating for me, spent over 10 hrs on this to get it work. It was so simple, my company has to update their database with E61i (which is officially supported E series phone) from BJII. It was strange that they didn't have to update when I had E90.
