*OFFICIAL THREAD: Nokia E71

I've been looking for a BT DUN capable phone to use in conjunction with my N810 and which can act as a slim and beautiful replacement for my slim and beautiful Samsung Blackjack (which is only PAN compatible)...Would the E71 be suitable for this? It certainly looks slim and beautiful :]

I would need it to have great music sound quality via A2DP, AVCRP compatibility, ability to check Gmail easily, and DUN tethering for my N810 (and my future MSI Wind).

Currently I push email three email accounts too on my Windows Mobile devices and the battery just won't last a day. :(

I really hope my future E71 would take me through the day without worrying about running out of juice. That's all I ask, ONE FULL DAY! :)

if you're on S60 3rd edition then you need CellTrack91.

Hey all: For those use Mail for Exchange on your S60 devices, I have a question. My office uses Exchange 2003 with service pack 2, I have to leave my computer on and outlook open in order for my emails to come to my mail for exchange on E61i/N95-4/N95-3. Do you think it is a 1) my exchange server problem, or 2) device problem, or 3) Mail for Exchange software problem? Hopefully, the E71 will work out of the box with the Exchange 2003.
 
could be a canadian ip issue, but since i have no experience with that i cant say. aside from that, i couldnt get get cashback to work at first either, until i found a page that listed certain search terms that brought up the cashback promo. all i can say is the way i did it, and maybe it might help.

manually type in www.live.com in your browser, then use some of the following search terms and click on one of the sponsered links that redirect you to ebay with a "cashback logo" next to it. no matter what product it originally is, you can just search for the e71 later within ebay once you get redirected to ebay first.

some terms i remember working were:
buy
cheap wii
cheap ps3
cannon
plasma tv

...and a probably about a million others, but surprisingly, just searching for "ebay" never works, go figure :bulging:
 
Yeah, you're probably right. Im just trying to tell myself that Im not going to sit here and wait for an announcement. I think Im going to go out and hit the links this afternoon and not worry about blackberries or S60 devices.
