So whats does this mean?

Is this the FCCs list regarding the E71?

Am i supposed to be able to download a pdf file, with information regarding these exhibits?

That is why a new F/W upgrade doesn't necessary mean that its good..

Like the next F/W for any of the N95.. I'm pretty sure it will block the hack.
 
I'm thinking earliest is June if announced in May.....could be as late as September, but I think unlikely as there would be so many competing business phones coming out like the X1, BB 9000, Iphone 3G.
 
I'm not holding my breath....just went out and got myself a little TC long from WM.....should hopefully tide me over for a bit, but you never know since this thing may not be announced so soon..
 
There is nothing to complain about it so far execpt the videos. The phone feels so small in hands. It is so nice to have that feeling with a phone that has a QWERTY. Though I never liked WM, used BJII just because of the compact size & E71 beats it with a LOT more functionality!!
 
Im going to be using the E71 for Gmail too. I was just looking at the hands on pics of the Bold over at Engadget and it looks pretty thick. I prefer the slimness of the E71, plus with the Bold you have to go with the much more expensive BB data plan. Just my .02
 
Hmm, sounds like some personal re-training is in order. All the people who can't avoid putting their hand over the antenna when it's on top will probably be happy. ;)
 
Add to that competition from Microsoft's Active Sync and other services. At my last job used Active Sync with my E70-2 and it worked flawlessly and I would actually get my email on my phone faster than on my Outlook client. I've never used a BB device but the email functionality of Active Sync and Exchange worked very well for me.
 
I did order from Plemix....paid and everything and they kept on sending me email asking me questions like "you know this is not a NAM version right" and "we'll have to check no keypad for you and this could take a 1-2 days". Usually when I order from Plemix and X1367, they send it out and I receive it in 2 days.......I think they were trying to stall a little for time and so in the end it wasn't going to come in time so I cancelled.... :(
 
IS there not a patch for the latest Entourage to be able to communicate fully with Exchange Server (03/07) ??! What version of Office:Mac you running? Curious as I'm looking around for hosted Exchange and plan to also upgrade to a Mac as well as the E71 next month.
 
So true. When Blackberry had the only reliable push email capability they were the system to have! They were also more reliable then as well. But competition has perhaps pushed them to modify their service and I'm guessing this tinkering with the old system has lead to their reliability issues. To be fair, they're still one of the top email services in terms of uptime, but folks with a mission-critical need for communications have come to rely on them and now find they don't have the cast iron service they imagined. I know a pilot who donates his spare time to LifeFlight and if they don't get him the word that he's needed then they must scramble to find an alternate pilot. His Blackberry has been his go-to device for this but now he's going back to regular cellular service and text messages. Then he calls in, with pencil and paper in hand, and someone reads him his details. In fact, RIM is in the middle of an outage as I type this!
