With the Blackberry Bold sporting 3G, WiFi, GPS, and doing both MS Office docs (Documents To Go) and HTML email, it's getting harder and harder to resist the gravitational pull from RIM. The list of things the Blackberry can't do is getting very short indeed! Plus, Blackberry remains the gold standard for email. With corporations continuing to embrace Blackberry, and not adopting new devices (and why should they?), it's tough for any new device to break into the market, especially one with a focus on messaging.
I was SO ready to grab up an E71, but after the long wait my zeal has cooled, mostly because of how close the Blackberry Bold is to release. Nokia missed their window with this one. I may still take a look at the E66 as a backup phone, but the E71 has become a non-starter with me.
