Does it have FM radio? There were some conflicting reports in this thread about this. Information page on AT&T and Newegg websites does not mention FM radio.
 
The only way to remove apps is either through the Application Manager or by simply highlighting the app and clicking the 'C' button. If that doesn't work, you're S.O.L. until an unbranded firmware comes along. I'm headed up to get mine this afternoon, and will have some coverage up on S-G later this week.
 
This is good to hear and thanks for the dedication in fulfilling our requests! So if this will be a lifelong AT&T Branded (TMobile branded for their version) - then at least it'll be decent from the get-go.
 
No, he's wrong, it's not "decent", unless by decent, you mean "adequate"... it's bogged down by crap... AT&T screwed up what should've been an awesome phone... I might keep it just for the hell of it, but I'm not really as stoked as I should be (or thought I'd be)...
 
man! razr you've been waiting for this device for a long time and you're disappointed. makes me want to get another N82 and call it quits until a good NSeries comes out.
but then again. i can get this unit on contract and get 250 for it in box. so is it worth the 2 year contract for 180 bucks?

Well, at the very least, it appears to not have the MediaNet and AT&TNav buttons, so that might rule out it being AT&T branded.

Also, in the picture, there is no carrier marking at all, (not even T-Mobile.)
BUT, it could be branded T-Mobile anyway.

But there is a chance...

Hey what version are you using of jbak Taskman? If I see system information, it shows my IMEI, IMS, BATTERY, "NO ITEM 171" but it doesnt show anything, and then NO ITEM 173. I cant see the CPU o space in C: or E:.

My version is .99
 
No it does not have FM radio - which may be the killer for me. I'm really liking the phone itself now that I'm finding my way around it a little better. Conversations have been a little "choppy" at times but reception and battery life have been great - it "feels" good in the hand - but I got it based on it having an FM radio and it doesn't !!!
 
Well its not a true stock photo..

Till I see a real stock photo of the phone without the MediaNet and AT&T Nav.. Then I can believe that there is a real 6650 unbranded..
 
That is an excellent price for an s60. I hope it does well. I wish T-mobile DE would bring this to the states....

I am so tempted to dump T-mobile for this phone.
 
Mine looks fine in comparison to my Samsungs. One thing that might be at work is the compass theme that for some reason these are set on out of the box is terrible and might contribute to this.
