He's one of these I think-

"Everytime I tried singing black/death metal styled vocals in the shower, I would always end up hiccupping".

That's just what I found too. It's better to get that sound whilst sat on the loo I find.

Pitchfork refuses to give metal albums "Best New Music", unless the metal band is either Mastodon or Sunn O))), because hipsters love Mastodon and Sun O))).

to prove this theory correct:

three metal albums:
Pitchfork: Album Reviews: Baroness: Blue Record
Pitchfork: Album Reviews: Pig Destroyer: Phantom Lirab
Pitchfork: Album Reviews: Converge: Axe to Fall

three indie albums:
Pitchfork: Album Reviews: Liars: Sisterworld
Pitchfork: Album Reviews: The Morning Benders: Big Echo
Pitchfork: Album Reviews: Atlas Sound: Logos

The three metal albums all managed to score higher than all three indie albums, yet none of the metal albums were awarded "Best New Music", and the three indie albums were.

This is because Pitchfork knows that hipsters won't enjoy the metal albums, but they will absolutely eat up the indie ones. So once a hipster hears about a few BNMs, spins them, and likes them, they keep coming back to Pitchfork for more.

A friend and occasional raber pointed this out to me and I'd say he's absolutely right.

I think the song I heard the most in my life is Bohemian Rhapsody, and not because I like this song, but because every frickin' day, someone feels the need to show off his ability to sing all the lyrics, in five different voices of the most puking hideousness.

Well it all depenRAB where he is from, he might be from Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, I think it would only be "even funnier" if he was from Claysville, PA.

No matter what kind of music you like, there are thousanRAB of people that hate you for it.

It's kind of like Christianity in that respect.

Why do they play country music at roller rinks?
I live in Ohio. I don't hear it much. Don't ask me why I was in a roller rink. I know this isn't 1974 but I was. And they were playing country music. Not just one song, a continuous loop of country songs. The roller rink was filled with preteens who bitched and requested Lil' Wayne songs all night.
