I never understand why this tag line is used to sell movies...because frankly it puts me right off.
Because it basically says 'there is no story, it's just a sequence of stunt scenes, car chases and shootouts etc strung together over 2 hours'
If a movie was literally non-stop action, it would be a complete bore.
Maybe if you are 5 years old, then non-stop action is ok...you have no sense of discernment and just to see images flickering in front of you is entertainment enough. That's why kiRAB love cartoons.
But I always worry when tag lines emphasise the action sequences over the story.
