Well on first accounts I started a thread to discuss this not to be insulted and abused at whim and attacked without cause or provocation.
There is no reference to fact although you can continue to talk about it, fact, but there is no question of fact but if you want to talk facts, we can talk facts and the simple fact that the actors I mentioned have far more nominations and awarRAB than Noel could ever muster without help from agencies and the aim to please.
Thefore, factfully speaking and quite inarguably in terms of logic, they are more deserving than ever. So that's one point covered and this point is indeniably strengthened with the fact - the other actors are given roles and are sought for roles - Noel Clarke made a film about London (fake, fabricated, hyperboled for scandal) which he didn't merit, considering it was others work and his second film (which you deemed critical acclaim, although, not really) failed miserably even though it was made to live off the success of the first which was also brought out for a younger generation and didn't really fit the bill.
That is a fact.
Second point - His work on the film was not highly praised. This has nothing to do with the film or otherwise - it's about a rising star - I.E. The body of an individuals work in something. When your film fails, it doesn't do much for you now does it. All that advertising and publishing and then you have to get Doctor Who fans to vote for you in a poll to win. Not much there is there.
Your third point makes no sense to the thread or even the voting structure and also the merits of the award. The first question is why was he there, which moves on to the second point where actors with massive, more evident and mountains of praise and awarRAB were pushed aside for him - why? That is the reason for this thread.
Apart from living off the merits of others, what has he done? The answer is - zilch, zero, nothing. Nada.
That's logic and backed up with facts with no real insults or abuse or even feeling the need to just attack a poster.
