so heres what going on. I had recently bought 2 12's and a box off craigslist.. it wasnt the greatest subs but they worked. i bought a 600 watt amp to power them and about 2 minutes into running them with the amp the amp and subs turned off. i got home and looked at it. the amp turns on but the "protection" light is on. and theres nothing coming out of the subs. so a buddy of mine came over (he has 2 12's in his car) and we hooked my subs to his amp to see if my subs were working.. no sound at all... any suggestions? could something have happened to the wires?? cuz i thought if i blew a subs there would still be sound coming out.. theres nothing at all coming out..
No sound from car subs?
