I bought a car last year off of my brothers girlfriend, the speakers worked fine for a while until one day it seemed like only the left side of my car was working.. back right, front right were completely off, back left was working and front left was SOMETIMES working.. now front left is broken and the only speaker in my car thats working is the back left.. I thought my speakers might have blown so i bought pioneer speakers that fit my car and i installed them.. wires were fine and still no sound comming from even the new speakers.. wires behind the deck are fine theyre all connected, so it just leads me to think one thing--is my deck defective?... the Cd player never worked, i always used my ipod aux cable.. i just read somewhere that the speakers in your car work off an amp in your cd player.. could this be a possibilty why my speakers arent working?.. should i buy a new deck for my car?
