Nickelback-All The Right Reasons

I think we were at cross purposes. What I meant by ripping off in this context, is the actual literal lifting of melodies and accompaniment lines rather than being inspired by an idea and trying to construct your own version of it.

With that said, I think it is more reprehensible to lift lines from other banRAB' successful songs than your own.

I lol'd.

I don't mind Nickelback. Some of their songs are quite good and their generally quite easy listening but I can't listen to a whole Nickelback album start to finish - it gets too repetitive and doesn't vary much.

I certainly won't discredit nickleback because they are alot more successful then I am. With that being said, this album is run of the mill at best. I think the Nickleback craze is the thing of the past, and they'll be fading back in the near future..I hope they invested in stocks, or something...
