They apparently managed to lose my subscription entirely. As of 1:30pm on Sunday, I didn't have anything, so I phoned them up. I got the "oh so polite", sorry, we can't be bothered to staff the phones on Sundays, please call back between the hours of "whenever we get out of bed", and "forget it, we're on the golf course".
I did the self-serve thing through my receiver, and pretended to place an order for Sunday Ticket. I had my channels in about 10 minutes.
Now the only question I'm left with is... how many subscriptions am I going to get billed for. I look forward to that service call.
