new stereo system for x-mas?

thats what my parents got me.. found it in a giant box in the garage. its bigger than me.. anyway, can anyone tell me if its any good? I dont know much about sound
 
Sure that is a nice setup. Dvd player is cool. Plenty of watts to drive your parents up the wall.
