Just did mine! It starts up so fast now! I like the Wi-Fi scanning. The menu applications are now rearranged a little. Other than that I will play with a little more to see what else it does.

I got an apac one with japanese markings on the keys. i flashed to euro right after i got it just because i prefer it.

Yes. I got a 178MB file that installed into 335MB! It seems to contain 9 different versions.
I used a file by Dennis that I found elsewhere to determine the versions. There is nothing in the file that can be used to flash anything, just some information on versions. So I hope this is within the realm of permissible information. See the attached file.
The versions I have are V20-V26 and V30-V32.
If you must have it just do a search for gsm-team.net and look around.
BTW, I wouldn't have minded getting the EURO version because the Euro version disables the stupid camera sound - at least it did on my N90.
Also, have you noticed on your version that the flash button no longer lights up the flash anymore. I also noticed that voice recognition for new applications like "new SMS" and "new message" simply are not recognized.
One very weird thing is that when it can't find GSM signal it shows 3G albeit with no bars. For a while it made me think that T-Mobile is testing 3G here in NYC, but why would they do it at 2100? I think it just switches to hunt for a signal.

Got my phone earlier from Nokia Service Center. Ill test pics later, since I have to install a lot of application back, not to say put the backup file back in.
Anyway, here are my initial observations:
