An interesting one would be "Powers of Evil"

Whilst on a mission in Australia, Bond discovers an insidious plot of world domination by Dr Evil. He returns to London and teams up with retro agent Austin Powers in a bid to prevent the oceans' of the world from being used as a clean fuel source for vehicles.

I think I have been watching too much tv.
 
They don't spend so much making Bond films these days, so perhaps...
