new car audio system?

some of the things I'd like it to have which should be pretty basic:
multiple cd changer
auxilary input jack (for iphone)

maybe xm radio?
I just bought a 1999 mercury cougar with parts that are running perfect. The only things I'd like to do are change the seats and get an audio system.
I have 1200 dollar budget, can someone help me with this?
I mainly listen to hardcore rock, experimental, alternative and sometimes hip hop when I'm with friends
I'm looking for more a complete audio system (amps, subs, anything I need)
 
changing seats can get expensive, so i suggest seat covers, they r in many styles

Jim T, you go check out crutchfield.com, this guy has a $1200 budget, I really do not think that he wants to pay more than he should for this gear.
