New car audio system advice?

I want to install a new audio system in my 1995 Honda Civic LX. Im looking at a Kenwood HU that has 50 watts peak x 4. I want to replace all 4 factory speakers with 4 new kenwood speakers that have 240 watts peak and 40 watts RMS each.I also want to install a decent sub system. Im not sure what kind of sub setup i wanna go with. I don't want to set off car alarms i just want a deep solid tone and a little kick if I want it. What all am i gonna need and what is a decent sub setup for my needs? thanks
