netball training Program to improve cardiovascular endurance, hand-eye co and Agility?

i have to make a 3 week training program for netball that focus's on three components of fitness- hand eye co, cardiovascular and Agility. and for each day i have to put on it the type of activity, time, and intensity. also if i want to do drills i must put a diagram of the drill. so if anyone could help that would be great. even just a few little ideas would be fabulous. Thanks :)
