my boyfriend was arrested on christmas morning. he has been in jail since then, he has never gotten into any trouble before. last thursday was his preliminary hearing and they dropped his bail to 9900 dollars. i posted bail on friday and they said he has to wait 7 days. his release conditions were bail 9,900 with 7 day notice to d.a. everyone in his case has been out, and got out on bail. do you think that he will be home after these 7 days.
