Well, basicaly just listen to the engine RPM and when it sounds like its getting very low, just hold your clutch in and down shift. Down shifting is easy, jsut pull the clutch in and shift down a gear then let is back out. Just shift when it seems right to you, its hard for people to tell you when or how to shif becasue every bike is different so. Some people, like to shift down late, and when they do thet just shift down 2 gears instead of one. And most people such as myself don;t use the clutch to down shift. Its more for shifting up. Just make sure that you let off your throttle when you shift up or down, and don't worry about it. It's wicked easy and theres nothing to worry about. And a 100cc bike is perfict to learn on because there easy to control. Trust me, you may stall it a few times, but you will be fine, its easy to ride a clutch after you use it a few times.
