Need help with car audio?

Heres what im thinking of getting:

aNd two of these:

I would run them parellel, to get 1 ohm, so im looking at getting a cooling fan for the amp, the only thing im worried about is the quality of these speakers, there really cheap but all the specs are great: 400w RMS, 89dB, 4 ohm. What gets me is ive never heard of diesel audio and the materials they used for the cone seam different (aluminum alloy)

Tell me what you think, im open minded
 
The amp is a decent amp but the subwoofers don't look good specially with that price ive never heard of them. but if you want buy them and install them, i guess you cant go wrong with that price! or if you have or can get a litle bit more of cash buy some kicker comp's or just get those subs there cheap and i guess you could use them for a month or so Lol
