The movie I watched had a cop in it, I think who was trained to be this awesome kung-fu master. Like he had to walk on top of poles to get to the second floor of his apartment, and ran across wet concrete gracefully when these guys chasing him just fell in. He was also trained by this old asian guy who kept on making fun of him. If anyone can remember the name, it would be much appreciated.
