Need help to make my kicker L7's louder?

I have 2 12" 2008 kicker L7's with a 1500.1ZX class D monoblock amp. i also have a custom ported box built to my 2010 mustang.my wiring is cheap though. How can i make them louder? Change the wiring, add more power, get a spare battery just for my subs, capacitor? What is a safe amount to power my subs over the RMS rating? they are powered at 700 wats each at 2ohm right now. Also what dose dynomat do exactly? Does it make my seats shake less cuz i like that. or does it just eliminate the sound of the shake but still shake just as much? I am a noob to subs so bare with me.
