this is for a size 0-2... im 14... MUST BE AT LEAST SEMI FORMAL (like kinda sorta a partyish prom dress...?)(if that helps lol)DRESS CODES R SERIOUSLY LIMITING MY OPTIONS.. must be white, off white, or pastel (preferably solid color) knee lengthish.. not strapless (preferably one inch straps) no weird cutouts or showyness.... OH! AND UNDER $150 WOULD BE WONDERFUL
