Need help choosing and amp for my P3SD210 Rockford Fosgate shallow mounts.?

I do not know much about how to match the subs to amps but I do have two amps; one of them is a 2002, Rockford Fosgate punch, 160.2 and the other 2007, 200.2 Rockford Fosgate Punch. Will one of these work or do I have to get something more powerful?
